The BSMS programme provides extensive practical training in traditional Siddha clinical practices and holistic healing methods. Students gain hands-on experience in Siddha diagnostic techniques including Naadi Examination, Envagai Thervu, Neerkuri, herbal medicine preparation, dietary management, and preventive healthcare practices.

Students receive practical exposure to Siddha formulations, Varmam therapy, therapeutic procedures, external therapies, medicinal plant identification, and natural healing techniques under the guidance of experienced Siddha physicians.
